From Townhall
Big Government's Kristinn Taylor and Andrea Shea King report that Code Pink leader and Obama fundraiser Jodie Evans met with Taliban in Afghanistan -- and then, at a San Francisco fundraiser, handed President Obama a packet lobbying for withdrawal of our troops.
First of all, it's remarkable that someone like Evans remains, apparently, a valued member of the Obama fundraising team, with enough access to be able personally to hand the President packets at a fundraising event.
Second, don't forget that this is the person who, almost a year ago, had plenty of honeyed words for the odious regime in Iran. What does it say about the Obama administration's sympathies and priorities that Tea Partiers and Fox News reporters are considered wrong-doers -- but modern-day Tokyo Roses and enemy sympathizers like Jodie Evans are a welcome part of the team?

Video: Code Pink lunatics beclown themselves at Rumsfeld’s arrival
I’m not sure what would be the most amusing part of this video from the nutroots-fringe group Democracy Now!, which apparently defines democracy as “the state in which one yells louder in someone’s face than anyone else. Is it the the screeching of “War Criminal” by the two activists, one of whom is Code Pink founder Medea Benjamin? Is it the ludicrous allegation that Rummy killed “millions of Iraqis”? (Even the Lancet study wasn’t that bad.)
For my money, it’s the subtler moment of the woman pretending to be a news anchor, announcing this with, “Video has emerged …” Of course it emerged. You took it!
Actually, I think Tommy Christopher picks the best moment:
My favorite part is when the first one says “I wish I had some handcuffs!”Actually, you’ll notice that both morons protestors take care not to touch Rummy, especially not to slap some handcuffs on him. Had they been that stupid, they would have been spending their money on attorneys, court dates, and perhaps emergency-room bills.
Really? The only thing standing between you and slappin’ the cuffs on Rummy is a missed shopping trip to Spencer Gifts?
This kind of thing annoys me, because it makes all liberals look stupid. Code Pink has become such a joke, even liberal politicians are calling them out.

Code Pink Communists Chant "Jail the Rich" At San Fran Protest Code Pink Communists Chant "Jail the Rich" At San Fran Protest
Who would have guessed it?... The peace protest turned violent in San Francisco this weekend. The peace protesters rioted and clashed with police at the rally:
Their local instructors must be very proud. They probably gave the children extra credit to attend the Marxist rally.Meanwhile... The women of Code Pink were more openly communist than usual at the march. The Political Class reported:
The San Francisco Chronicle covered a protest over the weekend. Full story here. It appears Code Pink was there and the crowd was a little more openly communist than usual as they chanted :
“Jail the rich, bail out the poor, stop the foreclosures, stop the war." I know. You're shocked.Code Pink co-founder Jodie Evans was a top Obama bundler during the election this past year.

Obama orders troop increases, where's Code Pink

by Arthur Bruzzone, SF Politics Examiner
President Barack Obama has approved adding about 17,000 U.S. troops for Afghanistan. Strange. No reaction from the rambunctious Code Pink.
Here's Code Pink's Mission Statement from their site:
Their home page makes no mention of the significant troop increase.

We've been here below. In 2003, a group of poets boycotted a White House conference in protest against the Iraq War. But the same poets had no problem with former President Clinton's deadly bombing of Serbia. No protests, no shouts, no protest.
Code Pink -- at least for now -- is taking the same path. Bush's Iraq War was a target of their wrath. Obama's quiet troop deployment goes unnoticed.
The new president didn't address the nation, didn't consult with our allies, didn't send out spokespersons to explain his move. I support the move. I don't support the stealth method in which it was enacted.
But Code Pink's response is as stealth. They should be raging mad. Instead, silence. Wars and military action by Democrat presidents don't seem to fit their protest criteria.. For now.

Obama's off to a great start with Code Pinks Agenda rather than our National Security
By Streiff @ RedState
One of The One’s first acts was signing an Executive Order which is supposed to close down the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay. Other than Jack Murtha’s offer to move them all to his district, there seems to be no plan to deal with the dangerous prisoners. Apparently sending them home is out of the question for reasons I’m not terribly clear on. Off course, some feckless Euro can always be prevailed upon to take in a terrorist or ten.
What is pretty obvious is that we can’t have a catch and release program. Two men we released since Robert Gates began his I’m-Not-Rumsfeld toadying offensive have now returned to leadership positions in al Qaeda. At least 61 have returned to combat.
If we ever had any question about what is more important, the safety of American citizens and soldiers or paying off campaign debts to Code Pink an MoveOn.org, that question has been answered.

Obama and Terrorist Supporting 'Peace Group' Code Pink Sanctions Violence Against President
Code Pink, the anti-American 'peace group' that supports terrorists and President-elect Barack Obama, held a demonstration in front of the White House this morning in support of the Iraqi terrorist, Muntader al-Zaidi, who threw his shoes at President George W. Bush at a press conference with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki in Baghdad last weekend.
The group threw shoes at a demonstrator dressed as President Bush in prison stripes as part of their protest:
Code Pink drew a media throng to their protest as reported by This Ain't Hell.

Code Pink is holding similar demonstrations supporting violence against President Bush today in Los Angeles and Berkeley.
Code Pink co-founder and top Obama financier Jodie Evans said of the protests and violence against President Bush:
"It's outrageous that al-Zaidi could get two years in prison for insulting President Bush, when Bush is directly responsible for the deaths of 1.5 million Iraqis and 4,200 U.S. troops, and 5 million displaced Iraqis," says Jodie Evans of CODEPINK. "The one who should be in jail is George Bush, and he should be charged with war crimes."The Associated Press ate it all up and regurgitated Code Pink's pro-terrorist propaganda. Code Pink has publicly endorsed the terorists in Iraq and works with state sponsors of terrorism including Iran, Syria and Cuba. They worked with the terrorist government of Saddam Hussein before Iraq's liberation and has prolonged the conflict in Iraq by supporting the terrorists and other anti-Iraqi freedom elements.
Jodie Evans donated thousands of dollars to Barack Obama's presidential campaign, co-hosted an early breakthrough fundraiser for him, was listed as a bundler for his campaign and met with him many times during the primary and general election seasons.
North Berkeley BART Station Windows SmashedBerkeley
This tops the list for Treason, blatant distruction of government property that is used to help recruit miliatary personnell, and of course no on was arrested!!
Berkeley Daily Planet by SmithL
North Berkeley BART Station windows were smashed in the early hours of Thursday morning “in memory of Oscar Grant and all who are murdered at the cold hands of the police,” according to a message posted on www.indybay.org by “anarchists.” The message says in part, “This action was taken out in response to the murder of Oscar Grant by BART police and in solidarity with the riots that have been taking place in Oakland.
Our hope is that this action will inspire others to rise up against this atrocious police state in which we live. “This action was very easy to carry out and took no more than a few minutes to get done. We approached the BART station fully masked and carried stones, bricks, and spray paint in our gloved hands. We painted first as to not make much noise, and did so in block letters to not reveal any personal handwriting. We spent no more than 20 seconds smashing in the glass windows and then vanished into the night.” The message can be seen at
